Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Postwake (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Postwake does
Postwake lets you connect social media accounts and automatically copy posts you publish on a connected origin account to your other connected accounts. You are responsible for choosing which accounts to connect and for the content you post.
Your accounts and content
- You must own or be authorized to use every account you connect, and you must comply with each connected platform’s own terms and policies (Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads, and others).
- You retain ownership of your content. You grant Postwake permission to read, store, and republish that content solely to provide the cross-posting service you have configured.
- You are solely responsible for the content you cross-post and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postwake to:
- Post spam, malware, or content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights.
- Violate the terms, rate limits, or automation rules of any connected platform.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Plans, limits, and billing
Postwake offers a free tier with a daily posting limit and paid plans with higher limits. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Plan limits and features are described in the app and may be adjusted over time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can stop using a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Service availability
We work to deliver your posts reliably and to avoid duplicate posting, but the Service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure that we do not control. We do not guarantee that every post will be delivered, that delivery will be instantaneous, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Some platforms do not provide safeguards against duplicate posting on retries; we minimize this but cannot fully eliminate it.
Third-party platforms
Postwake integrates with third-party platforms via their APIs. Those platforms may change, restrict, or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may affect or disable features. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party platforms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postwake is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost posts, lost data, or issues arising from third-party platforms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
